Organic Vindaloo Curry

I was so pleasantly surprised by this sauce. Not to spicy just about right, but with GREAT flavor!! I had it for lunch today. Very highly recommended!!

I tried this thinking it’ll be too spicy for me, but it actually had this tangy kick that kept me going back for another bite.

The moment I started heating it, the sharp garlic and chilli smell hit first, and I knew this wasn’t going to be a bland curry.

It has that typical vindaloo tang from tamarind, which I personally loved because it felt different from usual gravies.

I liked that it had a slight sour edge, something you don’t usually get in other ready sauces.

Cooked this on a random weekday and it completely changed my boring dinner mood.

Made it with tofu once, and surprisingly it worked really well with the tangy masala.

The flavour kind of lingers even after completing your meal, especially that chilli and tamarind's kick

It gave a nice change from the usual gravies I make at home.

It felt like something you’d eat when you want a break from mild, everyday food.

The tamarind flavour stood out for me, giving it that signature vindaloo feel.
