Red Curry Crab Stir-Fry

Cooking instructions
- In a wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced onion and bell pepper to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the wok. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Push the vegetables to the side of the wok and add crab meat to the center. Stir gently to combine with the vegetables.
- Pour the Fish Curry sauce over the crab and vegetables.
- Stir everything together, ensuring the crab and vegetables are well-coated in the red curry sauce. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
